Stem, lever and seatpost clamp bolts usually require a torque of just a few newton metres. When installing a cassette, pedals or a Center Lock lockring, values can rise to several tens of newton metres. The exact torque is specified by the manufacturer of the component and is given on the part itself or in the technical documentation.
