Electronic Torque Screwdrivers - Precision and Modernity
The screwdrivers offer a torque range from 5 cNm to 15 Nm and 1% accuracy. They feature a
display for reading at various angles and a memory capacity of 10000 measurements. The menu
includes functions Track, Peak, Preset
The device operates up to 100 hours on battery, with an automatic shutdown after 2 minutes of
inactivity. Screwdriver enables keypad locking feature. A signal LED indicates when the desired
torque is achieved.
The delivery includes batteries and an ISO 6789 calibration certificate, and the unit is packed in a
wooden case with a foam insert for safe transport.

Bluetooth communication is available for all types of electronic torque wrenches, covering a range from 0.05 N·m to 15 N·m.
Communication Format Options
- Batch Capture – Software developed by BMS Ireland, provided with each tool.
- Communication Protocol – Allows integration with existing data collection systems.
Communication Range
- Stable data transmission up to approximately 12 meters from the Bluetooth receiver.
- Multiple tools can communicate simultaneously with a single Bluetooth receiver.
Communication via Batch Capture
Batch Capture is dedicated software that enables two-way communication with the tool. Key features:
- Sending torque values and repetition counts to the tool.
- Receiving status information on completed operations (OK/NOK).
- Data logging and process analysis.
- Activating stored settings or uploading new configurations (torque and angle).
- Supports single measurements, repeated measurements, and measurement sequences.
- Real-time monitoring of operator performance, with alerts shown on the tool's display if a measurement fails.
- Supervisors can accept or reject failed measurements remotely.
- Option to block further process steps if needed.
- Data export for archiving or printing.
Integration with Existing Data Systems
Bluetooth tools can be seamlessly integrated into existing customer data systems. Measurement data (torque, angle, repetitions, etc.):
- is sent automatically from the system to the tool,
- and from the tool back to the system without operator intervention.
