Electromechanical Trigger Technology

Visual and Acoustic Evaluation of the Screw Joint

The status of the screw joint can be evaluated using the color OLED display and side signaling lights. The visual evaluation system includes:

• Yellow Light – warning threshold reached.
• Green Light – within target range.
• Red Light – measurement outside tolerance range.

Documentation and Communication

The MANOSKOP® 714 allows easy documentation of recorded measurements on a PC via a USB interface or an optional Bluetooth Low Energy (5.2) module. All data is stored, allowing for further processing and monitoring of work processes. It is possible to program up to 200 screw joints in up to 25 sequences.

Calibration Certificate and ISO Standard

Factory Calibration Certificates: The torque tools, transducers, and control devices of the MANOSKOP® 714 come with a factory calibration certificate in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 and based on DKD-R 10-8 to ensure traceability of the measuring equipment.

Each tool is calibrated at the factory to ensure maximum measurement precision and compliance with international standards. This makes the torque wrenches reliable and suited to high-quality requirements.
