All BMS electronic Torque & Angle wrenches offer extremely high torque measurement accuracy of
1% in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions (at every point across the full measuring range), as
well as angle masurements with 1° accuracy. This high level of precision makes them ideal tools for
precision assembly, quality control, and all types of prototype or durability testing.

The user can save up to 99 programs, each with defined parameters for angle measurement—either by setting minimum and maximum angle values or by specifying a torque value at which the angle measurement should begin. The wrench responds with color changes on the display and acoustic signals when each defined tightening or inspection parameter is reached. The maximum achieved torque and angle values can be stored in the wrench’s internal memory.

Wrenches from the TWA series are also highly effective in the process of testing so-called Residual Torque, where it is recommended to check the achieved torque after of 2° to 5° angle movement from the initial position.

All results saved in the internal memory can be transferred to a PC via FRANK software, which is supplied with the tool. Each measurement result has assigned a date, time of measurement, unit of measurement—if the tool was operating in Peak mode—and the tightening program number selected by the operator—if the tool was operating in Preset mode.

The wrenches are capable of simultaneously measuring torque and angle—both values are displayed in
real time on the wrench's screen. Additionally, users can configure a secondary control point for torque
measurement after reaching a specified angle value. This angle value can be freely set between 1° and
270°.

Each wrench is delivered with a manufacturer-issued calibration certificate. An additional certificate from
an accredited laboratory can also be provided as a paid option.

BMS electronic wrenches cover a measuring range from 1 Nm to 2000 Nm. In every model, the ratchet
head can be easily replaced with an open-end or ring-end attachment, depending on the customer's needs.
A major advantage of this brand is that each wrench comes with PC communication software and includes
a service password, allowing users to calibrate the wrenches at any lab of their choice.

Large, high-contrast OLED displays ensure excellent visibility of measurement results, and additional
visual and audible indicators allow for even greater control during tightening processes.
