JUWEL offers a wide range of innovative tightening tools, including:

Battery-powered torque wrenches – with a torque range from 100 to 15,000 Nm, available in both straight TQS and angled TQWS versions, and equipped with gearboxes with 4-speed drive.
Electric torque wrenches – in the straight TES and angled TEWS series, available in straight and angled versions up to 15,000 Nm, designed to deliver maximum precision, efficiency, and durability in everyday industrial applications.
Pneumatic torque wrenches – straight TL and angled TLW models, built for intensive use with a range from 40 to 15,000 Nm, supplied with a calibration certificate, torque chart, dedicated reaction arm, and an air treatment unit—for torque adjustment; a metal case for transport and storage is also provided with the nutrunner.
Torque multipliers – TYP models allow achieving up to 12,000 Nm. Their greatest advantage is a gear ratio tailored to each model, ensuring very high output torques with only a small input force.

In addition, JUWEL manufactures a wide range of specialist accessories, including reaction arms, various types of holders, hex inserts, as well as tools customized to individual customer needs, enabling comprehensive solutions tailored to the specifics of the job.

Manufacturing and quality

All mechanical components are precisely manufactured at the modern plant in Wissen, allowing full quality control at every stage of production and flexibility in adapting tools to individual customer requirements.
