Description

Juwel TL series pneumatic multipliers are ideal tools for applications requiring high torque values -
up to 15,000 Nm. They are easy to operate, equipped with highly durable pneumatic drives and robust
gear systems, making them perfectly suited for use in the most demanding working conditions.
Juwel TL series tools do not require cooling of the supply air, which simplifies operation. An additional
advantage is the ability to rotate the drive unit 360° relative to the gearbox, significantly improving accessibility
in confined spaces.

Each tool is supplied with an air preparation unit that enables precise torque adjustment. By referring to the
included torque chart, the user adjusts the air pressure to set the desired torque output.
Juwel TL multipliers stand out for their high accuracy, with a deviation of only ±5%. Every unit includes an
individual calibration certificate and a dedicated torque chart.

A sturdy metal case is also provided, ensuring safe storage and transport of the tool.
The Juwel TL series pneumatic multipliers offer the ability to apply very high torque values. Thanks to their
specially designed gear systems, they can achieve up to 15,000 Nm of torque, making them a solid alternative
to hydraulic, electric, or battery-powered torque tools.

TL pneumatic multipliers can also be used for loosening previously tightened connections.
The supplied reaction arm ensures safety and user comfort. Additionally, users have the option to purchase
just the reaction ring, enabling the creation of a custom reaction arm in case the standard version is not
suitable for their specific application.
